HIDDEN GEMS NEAR YOU

Aysha is always happy to share the fun places the she frequents.  As a lover of small business based in NY, check out the list below for places to go and thing do across the Hudson Valley.

French Toast

Cornwall
By far the best breakfast cafe in the Hudson Valley.  The waffles and french toast are amazing.  Aysha usually gets a side of tenders and good old cup of joe to top it off.

Middletown
The Marco Polo dinner is Aysha's all-time favorite.  It features bacon wrapped shrimp tacos and rice and beans.  They have a wonderful salsa bar and you can get handmade guac created right before your eyes as you dine.

Monroe
The shrimp tempura and salmon teriyaki are amazing.  The ambiance is nice with tealight candles on the tables and soothing music.  If your in the area you should stop by.

While camping at the Kittatinny Campgrounds, Aysha enjoyed a slow and steady tubing trip down the Delaware River.  They also offer paintball and ziplining.

Middletown
As a lover of the outdoors, this is Aysha's go-to campground.  The sites are spaced far enough for privacy but close enough for security.  There is a pool on site and there is a store located in the office for all of your last minute needs.  You can even find crawfish in the river depending on the time of year.  They have sites with electric so you can camp with ease.  They also have cabins for rent.

Poughkeepsie
If you're looking to get your steps in while enjoying a beautiful view, this is a must see.  There is an elevator located on the walkway which leads to restaurants down below and a nice path and beautiful views.  Not in the mood for a sit down meal? Check out the small vendors along the path.
